'This is Holtville' is a blog meant to reflect the community and residents of the city of Holtville, California and to serve as a hub of information and communication for those residents and those with an interest in our town.
The site is also meant to be an outlet for residents who want to express their thoughts, ideas and feelings about the city in whichever medium they may choose, be it the written word, photography, video, drawing, painting, poetry, music or any other form of expression.
